Contact lists are used to group contacts together, so that surveys can easily be distributed to every individual in the list.
Surveys can only be distributed from a contact list if an email template has been added for the survey.
Navigate to the Contact Center in Survey Admin; you will land on the Contacts tab by default. Click on the Contact Lists tab and then the triple-dot menu for the list you would like to use to distribute your survey.
Click on Distribute Survey.
The option to distribute a survey will only appear if there are subscribed contacts in the list.
Select the:
- Survey you would like to distribute
- Distributions email template you would like to send to the contacts
Click on Send.
