Overall survey health is calculated by analyzing several different aspects of the survey design, and then determining how that will impact completion time and rates.
For example, the types, number, and length of questions that are used in a survey can have an impact on completion time and rates, as well as the quality of data that is collected.
In addition to analyzing the survey questions, survey health is also impacted if there are missing language translations.
After considering all these factors, the survey health rating is calculated:
80% -100% Your survey is very healthy! Sure, there might be a few things you could change to make it even better but, overall, it's in great shape!
40% - 79% There are definitely some things you could improve on. Maybe you could trim some questions, or change to different question types. Or maybe you just need to finish adding your language translations.
0% - 39% This survey is basically on life-support and needs some help! Don't worry, we've got you covered! You can refer to the rating breakdown we provide to determine where you can make changes to resuscitate your survey!
Go to the Distributions tab in the survey design interface to check the overall health rating of a survey, and review the rating breakdown to see how the different aspects of your survey were rated.
