To navigate to IntouchSurvey, click on the product navigation icon found in the header of the page you are viewing.
In Survey Admin you will see the Surveys page, where you can add and then build new survey forms.
The Contact Center includes features for managing contacts and contact lists, which can be used for survey distribution.
The Settings page includes a feature for setting up custom fields for contact details, and is where you can apply a fatigue protection setting to control how often a survey can be distributed to your contacts.
