If you would like emails sent to contacts via email distributions to be sent using an email other than survey@intouchinsight.email you can set up a custom email sender. You can create a custom email sender if you have a Mailgun, Mandrill or any SMTP account.
Sending emails from an internal domain can help establish trust and improve response rates.
To set up a Custom Email Sender:
1) Navigate to the 'Settings' section in Survey and open the 'Custom Email Senders' panel.
2) Click the '+' in the lower right corner to create a new 'Custom Email Sender' 
3) Select the 'Type' of email account your wish to add. You can send emails via any Mailgun, Mandrill or SMTP account. You may require the assistance of your internal IT/IS teams to complete the required fields.
Mailgun Requirements:
- Domain
- Secret
- From email
Mandrill Requirements:
- Secret
- From email
SMTP requirements:
- Host
- Port
- Username
- Password
- Encryption (none, TSL, SSL)
- From Email
4) Once you have configured a Custom Email, you can use this email address as the 'Sender' on your survey email distributions. It is always good to send a test distribution to yourself and/or team to confirm the desired behavior.
