If you have added tags to the questions on your form, you can apply a weight to the tags, which will affect the scores in the tag summary on the individual record report in IQ. For example, you may want the questions that are tagged as Customer Service to have a greater weight than the questions tagged as Cleanliness.
To add weights to the tags that have been added to the questions on your form, navigate to the Scoring tab in the survey set up interface...
![]() |
...then click on the Weighting option in the left menu. |
All tags that have been added to questions on your form will appear on the page.
- Enter the weight for each tag. E.g. 10, 15, 25, 80, etc.
- The weights that you apply should total 100%. E.g. 40%+60%.
Tags that have been weighted will appear in blue on the Tagging page.
Click on Save after you've added weights to your tags. If you navigate away from the Scoring page without saving, your changes will be lost.
